At Q Analysts, we take holistic view of our place in, and impact on, the world. We recognize that we can and do make a difference by our behavior and our choices. Since our founding in 2003, we have embraced our responsibility for having a positive impact on the environment, our customers, our employees, and our communities.

Our actions are guided by our values. They are our code of conduct, our character as a company and what sets Q Analysts apart.
Our Core Values, especially the values of Integrity and Individual Respect and Responsibility, are reflected in all of our interlocking service delivery activities. We focus on both doing the right things and doing things right. In an interconnected and networked world, living and acting responsibly is a multiplier for responsibility.
Q Analysts operates in a framework of openness and transparency. Our processes and supporting infrastructure are designed to support communication, collaboration and high purpose. This translates into meaningful dialogue with all stakeholders about issues that matter most.
Q Analysts believes that all members of the organization should own and hold common stock in the company to further align their interests and actions with the interests of Q Analysts. Our employee stock option program creates that opportunity.
Community
Our approach to corporate responsibility coordinates volunteering activities in a way that harnesses the unique skills and capabilities of our team members. As a company policy, we give each internal employee a full paid day off during the Holidays to do community service. This service is usually done as a team. We have happily contributed our time and effort to an array of organizations including Second Harvest Food Bank, The Forgotten Children's Fund, Treehouse Joy of Giving, Bishops Storehouse, Toys for Tots, AT&T Junior Achievement, American Heart Association, United Way, Operation Blessing, State Parks Foundation and many more.
Environment
We adhere to a set of "green" standards that minimize our "carbon footprint" and improve environmental sustainability. We have designed our infrastructure and corporate practices accordingly. We leverage a state-of-the-art infrastructure that enables our staff to be as productive working from home as from the office. Eliminating unnecessary travel conserves energy and improves air quality. Our green recycling program reduces waste.
Education
Q Analysts has a paid internship programs for high school and college students. This program gives students the opportunity to work in a corporate environment and develop skills that will enable them to contribute to society when they graduate.
We believe that learning and awareness leads to better, more informed decisions. Towards that end we enable our team to continually gain new skills and knowledge through more that 1000 training courses and a substantial audio book library.
