Our Approach
Our Project Management Methodology
Q Analysts approaches managed projects with an execution rigor that characterizes all of our initiatives. We employ industry standard processes for controlling projects based on the Project Management Body of Knowledge Model (PMBOK™) from PMI. This approach is widely accepted by large enterprise firms and is adaptable to the unique needs of each our clients.
For software development projects we use a "unified process" model for iterative development. This enables us to deliver tangible output quickly while providing the flexibility to rapidly adapt to change requests.
We believe that effective Change and Risk Management are essential to the success of any project. We leverage industry best practices to manage change throughout the lifecycle of each of our projects. We control risk by implementing rational strategies appropriate to each project, continuously evaluating and addressing risks before they have a critical impact.
Our Project Management methodology is highlighted below

Quality Assurance Processes
Any project methodology is only as good as the quality of its output. Q Analysts has leveraged its deep knowledge of Quality Assurance processes to develop robust quality management processes. These processes are adapted to the unique parameters and objectives of each of our projects. The model below is a minimum set of deliverables that we find are required to insure consistent service delivery.
