Q Analysts was founded in 2003 with a vision to create and develop a world class services organization that would leverage the collective experience and shared value system of its founders. Q Analysts specializes in Quality Assurance & Testing, Ground Truth Data Services, and Q TestLab outsourcing. Since its founding, Q Analysts has helped deliver technology initiatives for Fortune 500 clients nationwide. With operations in over twenty five states, the firm is the 7th largest Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) headquartered in Silicon Valley.
The vision is to build a $60 million+ services organization by the year 2020 through a relentless focus on executing breakthrough levels of customer services to our clients, employees and stakeholders.
Q Analysts attracts, recruits, and retains the best talent in the industry and creates long-term partnerships through proactive career management and progressive career training. All Q Analysts internal employees are stakeholders in the business and are carefully selected for core traits of integrity, commitment to excellence, the ability to continually learn and challenge the status quo, and vibrant entrepreneurial nature.
Q Analysts recognize that, through individual and organizational behavior and choices, companies make a difference in the world. Since its founding in 2003, the firm has embraced its responsibility for having a positive impact on its customers, employees, and communities.
Corporate social responsibility begins with an unwavering commitment to the highest standards of ethics and integrity in all aspects of business. Values guide actions and provide the foundation for a code of conduct.
The company follows practices that minimize carbon footprints and improve environmental sustainability. For example, a state-of-the-art infrastructure enables staff members to be as productive working from home as from the office. A green recycling program reduces waste. And eliminating unnecessary travel conserves energy and improves air quality.
Q Analysts coordinates volunteering activities in a way that harnesses the unique skills and capabilities of all team members. Company policy provides a full paid day off for each internal employee during the holidays to provide community service.
Contributing time and effort as individuals, and more often as a team, employees have supported organizations such as Second Harvest Food Bank, The Forgotten Children’s Fund, Treehouse Joy of Giving, Bishops Storehouse, Toys for Tots, AT&T Junior Achievement, American Heart Association, United Way, Operation Blessing, and the State Parks Foundation.
Q Analysts shares knowledge and expertise with other minority and woman-owned human services companies to help them develop their skills and capabilities. Through a Preferred Diversity Supplier Program, Q Analysts builds collaborative relationships to solve client challenges. The combination of different ethnicities, cultures, perspectives, and thought processes creates a continual source of creativity and innovation.
Q Analysts is recognized by NMSDC as a Certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE). This certification means that our clients receive the thought leadership and technical expertise they need to solve real-world problems while meeting their supplier diversity goals.
NMSDC promotes minority participation in procurement. NMSDC is a national organization comprising 38 regional councils with more than 15,000 certified MBE suppliers and 3,500 corporate members.
